Becoming A Member

Becoming a member requires lots of forms!  There are four basic forms, two from Northern Mines and two from the National PC organization.  All are linked below for download and printing.

1. NMPC Membership Application  Just click on these links directly to open the form for printing.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. National Membership Form
4. Medical Release, and other forms from the PC National site.

Bring these with you to a Parents Meeting, or drop them by April's house.

Logo Attire

NMPC has a variety of shirts, sweatshirts, saddlepads and hats available.  The only required clothing is the Polo Shirt, and the cost of this is included in your dues.  Email Glenn Wyman with your requests.

PC Manuals and Pins are available from April Smith.

Forms

The National site maintains the latest versions of Pony Club forms and documents, including a myriad of check lists, rating forms, meeting reports, by-laws, standards, rules and regulations.  If you have a question about Pony Club, the answer is likely to be here!
